Derek Holland, Texas Rangers

Derek Holland is the very talented, but often injured pitcher for the Texas Rangers. I started a series last year on the 2009 Ranger rookies. I'm just now getting round to finishing the project. Done in FreeHand using a Wacom tablet. Foreground is basic flat colors. Background uses transparencies, gradients, and blurs.
